Since 1992 Health Works Massage & Reflexology Center has offered a wide variety of health services catering to our clients' needs. Our goal is to restore the balance of the individual. Our state-licensed staff incorporates many massage techniques: Swedish, Acupressure, Myofasial Release, Polarity and Reiki Energy Balancing & Reflexology.

At Health Works we have a great deal of respect for Reflexology. Reflexology deals with specific pressure to reflex points in the hands and feet. Scott Thompson and Bree Donna Thompson are certified by the International Institute of Reflexology. Reflexology enables us to help people in a slightly different way. The 7200 nerve endings in the feet and hands are a road map to the entire body. It improves the blood and nerve supply to the corresponding area of the body. The correct amount of pressure will elicit tenderness in a sensitive area, but still be relaxing. ~ Let the stress melt away. ~

We take the time to pamper you! It's more than just body work at Health Works, we strive for the entire relaxing nurturing experience. Soothing music, aroma therapy, negative ion generators in each room all enhance the goal of restoring peace and balance in mind, body and spirit. Our favorite treatment is the Revitalizer Plus. The session starts off with a shower with peppermint oil soap. You will then relax on our roller wave table designed to gently ease muscle tension in the back or experience our aroma therapy steam tube. From there you are led to your massage room fully covered with a sheet for optimum comfort and privacy. Hot packs and aroma therapy mask are applied and your massage begins, letting the stress melt away.

Tandem Energy Soul Session $125 Sound healing, Energy Balancing and Massage. 1 hour.	Energy Balancing $65 via Polarity, Reiki or Craniosacral Therapies. 1 hour. The Journey $97 Massage, aromatherapy and intuitive energy work to balance the subtle energy systems of the body. Other modalities such as warm stones and sound therapy may be used. 1 1/2 hours.

All clients undress and dress in private and are fully covered with a sheet to insure privacy and comfort.
